Villa Varvara is gelegen op een heuvel met een fantastisch uitzicht over de baai van Pissouri. Het toeristische centrum met winkels, tavernes en ook het strand liggen op loopafstand en een auto is niet essentieel tijdens uw vakantie.
De bungalow is zeer goed uitgerust en ingericht met veel persoonlijke details en decoratie. Vanuit de entree komt u in de open woon / eetkamer en keuken te bereiken. Vanaf de ingang slechts een paar stappen leiden naar de woonkamer wat is smaakvol ingericht met donkere leren banken, een zware houten salontafel, kleine kant borden etc. Er is een TV, DVD en Wifi internet. Via een mediaspeler is er een mogelijkheid om een aantal kanalen in verschillende talen (geen garantie) kijken. Voor de koelere dagen is er een volledig functionele open haard. De villa is centraal verwarmd, wat kan in de winter worden gebruikt door extra kosten. Het eetgedeelte bestaat uit een houten tafel met 6 stoelen. De keuken is vrij groot en helder en zeer goed uitgerust voor elke dag koken, ia met vaatwasser en wasmachine.
Een passage leidt naar de slaapkamers. De master bedroom is ingericht met een tweepersoonsbed, het is mooi ingericht en openslaande deuren maken een prachtig uitzicht over het zwembad naar de zee. De andere slaapkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden en toegang tot het terras. Verder zijn er twee aparte doucheruimtes.
Buiten is er een overdekte veranda met buiten eettafel. Verder is er een bar met gas en houtskool grill, perfect voor een leuke avond buiten dineren met een koel drankje! Het prive zwembad is omgeven door een terras met ligstoelen en parasols en de tuin is mooi aangelegd met palmbomen en struiken. Vanwege de klif locatie de villa biedt een prachtig uitzicht op zee.
Niet geschikt voor kinderen onder de leeftijd van 10.

A fantastic host, blown away by communication and set up of the property. Especially nice touch with bread, eggs, milk, bacon in the fridge so we were sorted for the first breakfast! Will happily stay here again the next time we visit Cyprus. Thank you

This Villa is a home from home experience, to include groceries already bought and in the fridge. The views from the garden were stunning overlooking Pissouri Bay. We hired a car from Paphos Airport and from Sigrid's property had easy access to Limassol, Paphos, Troodos and many interesting tourist sites. Sigrid's Villa comes with the highest recommendation from us...we hope to return soon.

Sigrid was just brilliant from initial contact, she was so quick to reply to any questions. I must point out that I asked for her opinion on car hire companies (if you intend to travel around then you will need a hire car) sigrid offered to arrange our car hire with one of her contacts, this worked out perfectly well and cost was slightly cheaper than expected and was ready and waiting for us on arrival at the airport. The location of Villa Varvara is just a couple of minutes walk away from Pissouri bay which has a couple of grocery stores which stock most essentials. The villa is superb with everything you need and was very clean. The pool and garden add to the overall attraction, also outside is a fully built outdoor cooking area with barbecue and separate grilling area outdoor fridge. Unfortunately we stayed when it was the coldest period most locals could remember and had to use the central heating and immersion heater. Overall many thanks to Sigrid, very attentive.

A beautiful location and well equipped villa. The view and location of the villa is excellent and provides great access to the surrounding area. Sigrid was a great host and very responsive to the queries we had.
